Peterborough Supports Heroes is an appeal set up in April 2008 to raise awareness of our troops needs in conflict zones such as Afghanistan and Iraq and provide them with a few comforts from home. 

Our main aim is to send gift boxes to servicemen and women serving in current conflict zones such as Iraq and Afghanistan through donations from the people of Peterborough and beyond. 

We are also supporting our troops by helping their families at home by way of supplying items to the Welfare Centres for the youth clubs and raising funds for things like childrens Christmas parties.

 

All our service personnel, at home or abroad, deserve our respect and  appreciation for their committment and courage.
